Do you still need to hire an agent for new construction homes? Absolutely! In fact, I recently visited a new construction site for inspection, and today, I’ll share with you why you need an experienced realtor when buying new construction.
1. Experienced Realtors know it all. Having a Realtor gives you an advantage since we know where all the new construction projects are. This information isn’t always easily found online, and sometimes we know about these new projects months in advance.
2. We represent you. On-site agents for new construction represent the builder, not you. When buying a new home, you want someone you know will work with your best interests in mind.
3. We have trained eyes. Professional real estate agents, especially those with years of experience, can spot problems that others might miss. We also have a great team of trusted home inspectors who specialize in pre-drywall and pre-closing inspections.
If you’re considering buying new construction, please call or send us a direct message at (919) 830-9051, or send me an email at cynthia@cqrealtygroup.com. I’d love to provide you with resources, connect you with top builders, and recommend the best home inspectors to make your new construction a home you’ll love for years.
